The mission of the 雪的大学推进办公室 is to operate exclusively for educational purposes to assist 学院 in developing programs, services, and facilities, and to provide educational opportunities to its st乌兰nts, staff, faculty, and the 当地居民通过赠与、赠款和捐赠来服务.
